How do I retrieve the password to my Victorinox account?
Click on “Forgot password?” on the Login page to reset your password.

Log in to My Victorinox.
You will be able to update your email address in “My Profile” section. -
How do I write a review on a product?
To write a review for a Victorinox product, simply search for the product you wish to review and open the product details page.
Under the description of the product, you will find a tab “Reviews”.
Click on “write a review” and submit the form.Please note that you require a My Victorinox account to be able to submit a product review.

How can I earn miles?
With every purchase on the Victorinox website, we offer you the chance to earn miles with the Miles & More Program. You receive one mile for every Swiss franc spent (during special promotions, this may vary). Simply start shopping on our website, then add your Miles & More membership number on the shopping cart page before checkout. Alternatively, you can enter it into your Victorinox customer account in the “Miles & More” section.
Please note: Your earned miles will be transferred to Miles & More after the 14-day return period has expired and will only be earned on products that are not returned. Miles & More may then require up to 30 days to credit the miles to your account.
