What is the return deadline and how much will it cost me?

You can return any item ordered from the online shop within 14 days. Please request your free return label via service.online.uk@victorinox.com. Include the following details: Item to be returned including article number/EAN, quantity. Please note that customized products can’t be returned.

How do I send my package back?

You can return any item ordered from the online shop within 14 days of receipt. A return form will be sent with the delivery. Tick the reason for your return of the relevant products and enclose the return form with your return shipment.

To return items free of charge, please request your free return label via service.online.uk@victorinox.com. In order that we can process your return quickly, please note the following:

  1. Please request your free return label via service.online.uk@victorinox.com. Always include the order number and the items to be returned including article number/EAN and the quantity. Please indicate as well you email address and phone number where you can be reached during the day

  2. Always use the enclosed return form

  3. Always use the original packaging

  4. Print the received return label, put it onto the parcel and bring it to the nearest DHL Express drop-off point.

The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original labels and fastenings and should be in a state expected after normal usage in inspecting and trying on the product(s). We will be unable to sell any return items with a strong odour or other signs of use. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation in such cases.

How is the refund made?

We will process your refund as quickly as possible. If after examination of your return there will be a credit in your favour, then we will refund the amount immediately to the credit card or PayPal account used when ordering. We will also inform you about your credit by e-mail.

Can I return items that were not purchased in the online shop?

Please understand that we can only take back items that were purchased in our online store. For items bought in one of our shops or from third parties that you wish to return, please contact the relevant sales outlet directly.

Can I return personalised products?

Please note that individualised orders may not be cancelled. As soon as you place your order, Victorinox starts the production and therefore cannot accept any changes or cancellation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. In addition, the right of return does not apply to configurated and personalised items except for manufacturing defects, deficiencies, damage from transport or any other error caused by Victorinox. In such cases, we will happily send you a correct product free of charge.
