The product I want to buy does not have a price and can't be added to cart. Why?

Some products, primarily Cutlery (Household and Professional Knives) and selected Swiss Army Knives, are currently not available in the UK Online Store. Please contact an authorised retailer nearby.

​​​​​​​An article was available while I was placing my order, but at payment it was no longer available - why is this and what can I do?

This can happen in individual cases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by such cases when several clients are interested in the same product at the same time and the quantity available is limited.

Is there a maximum order value?

At the Victorinox online shop, there is no maximum order value

I am under the age of 18. Can I still buy knives online?

Yes, when you order an age-restricted item from our website, we will use a third-party provider to undertake certain checks to confirm your age. These checks may require you to provide additional information (for example, a photograph of your passport or national ID card) at the point of purchase. For more details, please click here.

Can I place an online order if I don't live in the United Kingdom?

To shop in the UK Victorinox online shop, you must specify a billing address and delivery address both located in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). Please note: We are NOT shipping to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Ireland.

We offer additional online shops for SwitzerlandGermany and the United States.

​​​​​​​How do I edit my shopping cart?

​​​​​​Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected products are displayed. As long as the cart has not been sent, you can edit your shopping cart at will. Please check before submitting your order whether you want to add more products, as this is no longer possible after your purchase.

After sending my order can I add more items to my shopping cart?

​​​​​​​After completing your order, it is not possible to add or remove products to/from your order. You would need to create a new shopping cart for this.

Can I change my delivery and/or billing address, even after the purchase has been made?

​​​​​​​It isn't possible to change your address after order completion for that particular order. However, you can change addresses for future orders.

Can I cancel my order?

A cancellation on the website is not possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at +44 2038853766 or via e-mail (service.online.uk@victorinox.com) so that we can check whether cancellation is possible. If your order is already in order picking a change or cancellation is not possible.

How do I redeem a coupon?

​​​​​​​If you have a coupon code, you can enter the appropriate coupon code on the summary page of the cart in the bottom left.

Does the online shop offer a knife engraving service?

For certain models, we offer you the possibility to choose the colour of the scales and an engraving on the website.

Personalise your Swiss Army Knife

We also offer the personalisation of knives in our stores - our stores can also send you the engraved knife by mail if you wish. Please note that Limited Edition knives won’t be engraved.
