Ballistisches Nylonmaterial in Top- Qualität. Hohe Belastbarkeit im täglichen Gebrauch. Reissverschlüsse, bei welchen man auch bei diesem Produkt Supermaterialien verwendet hat. 
Viele funktionale Taschen und Fächer.

Multifunktionaler Business Backpack in Top-Qualität

This is a really top quality backpack - comparable with other high end backpacks. I have had it about 1 month and so far am pleased with my purchase. I use it primarily for business travel / flights etc.

A few items that could be improved: 

1. The ipad/tablet pouch has room for a bigger tablet if the mouth was wider

2. The water bottle pouches are a very tight squeeze with a regular 500 ml water bottle - would be better a little longer and wider

3. There is no key ring clip.

Aside from that, a really nice, good quality bag.

Nice backpack

I was deciding between Tumi and this one and in the end I stayed with Victorinox. Many things are ok. 
What is not working for me are the pockets for bottles. The idea looks nice, pockets closing with a zipper and opening for bottles/umbrellas. And I have no idea what could be safely stored in it. Closed it’s too small, open bottles/umbrella just fall out. So for me - useless. 
Happy with many things, but in the end disappointed.

Light and shadow

I wasn't very please with the other model that I bought, and the customer care contact me personally for another fitting and exchange. Now I am super happy with my new backpack. I am very very impressed how Victorinox value their customers.

EXCELLENT after sales service

Very very high quality product, amazing for frequent travelers. I was looking for something not too small -not too big that wont wear out after couple of flights and must say this backpack is my best traveling gear I have ever had.

Der Rucksack ist grundsätzlich gut.
Zwei Anmerkungen zu dem "Laptop Protection System":

(1) Die Oberfläche der Klettverschlüsse in Richtung Laptop erscheint mir sehr hart. Hier besteht m.E. die Gefahr, dass der Laptop-Deckel verkratzt wird.

(2) Wenn mit Klettverschlüssen gearbeitet wird (was m.E. für die Funktion der Laptop-Schutzecken nicht unbedingt erforderlich wäre), dann sollten diese auch eine Einstellmöglichkeit auf den benutzten Laptop bieten. D.h. die Höhe der Schutzecken und die Breite (schmaler Laptop / breiter Laptop) könnte einstellbar sein. 
Besser wäre aus meiner Sicht jedoch, die Klettverschlüsse wegzulassen (over-engineering).
