Where and how can I check the delivery status of my shipment?

In the shipping confirmation, you will find the package number that you can use to track the shipment. Registered customers will find a link to the order tracking number under “My Orders”.

Can I change my delivery and/or billing address, even after the purchase has been made?

​​​​​​​It isn't possible to change your address after order completion for that particular order. However, you can change addresses for future orders.

Is there a guarantee of delivery before Christmas?

Please note the delivery instructions to increase the chance of receiving your order before Christmas. Victorinox is doing everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, as we rely on the reliability of our logistics partners for delivery, delays may occur in individual cases. We kindly ask for your understanding.

What is the return deadline and how much will it cost me?

For Christmas orders, we offer an extended return period.

All online orders placed between December 1 and December 21, 2025, can be returned until January 15, 2026.

From December 22, 2025, our regular return period of 14 days applies.

Items ordered from the online shop can be returned free of charge, except for personalized products.

Can I cancel or adjust my order?

A cancellation on the website is not possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping and cards?

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer gift wrapping and cards.

How long will my order for a personalized knife take to arrive?

Your personalized knife may take up to 1-3 days to process, once shipped the shipping partner will deliver your order within 2-4 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays will affect the delivery time. See also our order deadlines for personalized gifts above.

Can I change the personalized order after I place it?

No, due to the nature of personalization, you are not able to change the order or return unless there is an issue.

How many personalized items can I order?

There is no limit in quantities for personalized items. For larger quantities (50+ items), you may visit our corporate gift section.

Can I return personalized products?

Please note that individualized orders may not be cancelled. As soon as you place your order, Victorinox starts the production and therefore cannot accept any changes or cancellation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. In addition the right of return does not apply to configurated and personalized items except for manufacturing defects, deficiencies, damage from transport or any other error caused by Victorinox. In such cases, we will happily send you a correct product free of charge.
