How to Get Started

If your watch needs repair or maintenance, please send it to our repair centre or contact your local retailer. All watches covered by warranty will be repaired and sent back to you free of charge.

A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty.

Send your Watch to the Victorinox Repair Centre

Pack up your watch securely (in a cardboard box or bubble mailer) and send it directly to our repair centre.
