How to Get Started

If your pocket knife or tool needs to be repaired, please send it to our repair centre or contact your local retailer. All products covered by warranty will be repaired and sent back to you free of charge. A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty.

If you are from the UK (England, Wales, Scottland, Northern Island)

1. Fill out the form Complete the form electronically using capital letters: Victorinox Repair Form UK

2. Print the form Once completed, print a copy of the form for inclusion in your package.

3. Prepare your package Place the printed form and your knife securely inside a sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage in transit.

4. Send the package Mail your package to the address provided below. For customs declaration, please describe the contents as a “multi-tool” or “pocket tool.”
