If your knife needs service, please send it to our repair centre or contact your local retailer. All the cases under warranty will be repaired and sent back to you free of charge.

A service charge may apply for repairs or services which are not covered by the guarantee.

Pack up your knife or utensil securely (in a cardboard box or bubble mailer) and send it directly to our repair centre together with the completed form below.
