Once you have completed your purchase, navigate to the Travel Gear Personalisation configurator here or visit one of our Victorinox stores.

Follow the steps to choose your scale colour, font, font colour, logo option and engraving text.

Enter your personal details.

Upload your proof of purchase. This can be from an online or in-store purchase.

Complete the check-out process. The scale will then be mailed to the address you have given.

Yes, but you’ll need to be able to provide proof of purchase.

The only limit is your imagination. You can have a name, initials, a nickname or a special message engraved. There is a character limit which varies depending on which option you choose and we do not allow swear words or other brand names.

Yes. Our configurator provides a preview of the finished scale before you complete your order.

Pull out the tweezers slightly and lift them upwards in order to bend and release the scale.

While holding the tweezers upward, press the front of the existing scale and slide it out.

Slide your new personalised scale in, pressing the front to secure in place.

Put the tweezers back in as a final step.

Personalisation is free of charge if you have already purchased a travel gear product. You can receive one complimentary scale per purchase.

Yes, we offer detachable personalisation holders on selected collections. If you purchase one of these bags, you can claim your complimentary holder by scanning the QR code on the hangtag of the product you have just purchased, or ask a member of staff in one of our retail stores for further information.
