The term Swiss Made stands for a protected standard of origin and quality. By law, at least 60 percent of a watch’s manufacturing costs must be generated in Switzerland, and the movement, final assembly and inspection must also take place here.*

For Victorinox, this is only the beginning. Design, engineering and assembly take place under one roof at our Watch Competence Centre in Delémont, ensuring Swiss quality in every component.

At the heart of every Victorinox watch lies the same DNA as our iconic Swiss Army Knife™. Precision, durability and innovation guide every stage of creation, far beyond the legal definition of Swiss Made.

Since 2016, our 1 650 square metre site in Delémont has brought every discipline of watchmaking together. More than 200 specialists design, prototype and produce components such as bezels, middle cases, containers and back cases.

Each timepiece that leaves this building goes through a meticulous, multi-stage process from design and assembly to hand-finishing and rigorous testing that can take up to two years.

Sustainability is built into the process, with 2 750 square metres of solar panels generating around 500 000 kilowatt hours of electricity each year. Every watch reflects the dedication of Swiss engineering and the care of a team that sees quality as a responsibility to both the customer and the planet.

At our Watch Competence Centre, expert watchmakers, engineers and designers craft every Victorinox watch with the same precision and innovation as our iconic Swiss Army Knife™. Both share a design philosophy that combines functionality, reliability and timeless appeal.

Inside every Victorinox watch beats a Swiss Made movement sourced from trusted Swiss manufacturers such as RONDA and Sellita. Each movement is cased and tested in Delémont for precision, water resistance and endurance.
