Withdrawal form

This form allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You will receive a confirmation by email confirming receipt of your withdrawal statement.

In accordance with the Terms & Conditions for the Victorinox Online Shop the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer, in particular to configurated and personalized items.

Please further note that submitting your withdrawal statement does not cancel or stop your order. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as usual.

If the items have already been dispatched to you, please refuse to accept them or return them. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items, or until you provide proof that you have returned the items, whichever is sooner.
