How to Get Started

If your bag or backpack needs repair or maintenance, please send it to our Victorinox repair center or contact your local retailer. All travel gear covered by warranty will be repaired and shipped back to you free of charge.​ A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty. In such cases, a free estimate will be provided, and no work will begin without your prior approval.

Send to our Victorinox Repair Center

Pack up your travel gear securely (e.g. in a cardboard box) and send it directly to our repair center together with the completed form (click on the button below)
