How to Get Started

If your pocket knife or tool needs to be repaired, please send it to our repair center or contact your local retailer. All products covered by warranty will be repaired and shipped back to you free of charge. A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty.

Send it to our Victorinox Repair Center

Please follow the steps below to return your knife for repair:

1. Fill out the form Complete the form electronically using capital letters: Victorinox Repair Form CH

2. Print the form Once completed, print a copy of the form for inclusion in your package.

3. Prepare your package Place the printed form and pack your knife securely inside a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap so that it reaches us safely and that there are no accidents with the carrier.

4. Send the package Mail your package to the address provided below.
