Why can’t I pay for my repair with cash or check anymore?
We have updated our payment process to provide faster, more secure service. Cash and check payments are no longer accepted for repair orders.
How do I submit and pay for a repair request?
All repair requests must be submitted through our Online Repair Form: Victorinox NA | Service And Repair
During the online submission, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until you have reviewed and approved the repair estimate which will be provided upon evaluating your item(s).
How long do Swiss Army Knife and Watch repairs take?
Repair timelines vary based on the service required, but most repairs are completed within the following timeframes after we receive your item:
Swiss Army Knives: Most knife repairs are completed within 3–4 weeks. In rare cases where a knife must be sent to Switzerland for specialized service, the repair process can take up to 3–4 months.
Watches: Watch repairs typically take 2–4 weeks. All watch repairs are completed domestically and are not sent to Switzerland.
Seasonal volume and the complexity of the repair may affect turnaround times, but these ranges reflect our typical service windows.
Can engraved or discontinued knives be repaired?
Engraved knives can still be serviced, but original engravings may not be preserved depending on condition. Discontinued models are evaluated case by case; replacement parts may be limited.
Can I send my Victorinox Travel Gear directly to Victorinox for repair?
No. Victorinox Travel Gear, including luggage and bags, cannot be sent directly to Victorinox for repair. All travel gear repairs must be handled through an Authorized Victorinox Repair Center (ARC).

How do I get my travel gear repaired?
You may either:
Take your bag to an authorized Victorinox repair center, or
Ship your bag directly to an authorized repair center, following their instructions
