Social Media Usage: We receive aggregated information about people who visit and interact with our Social Media Pages.

Victorinox makes reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access to user data retained in our servers. Although we use measures to protect your personal information, in general, information transmitted through the Internet may not be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet. Your transmissions are, therefore, at your own risk.
Our Sites may permit you to create an account. You can protect your information by selecting strong, unique passwords for the Site and any associated email addresses. If you have concerns about the security of your account, or wish to alert us of any potential vulnerabilities, please contact us as provided in Section 15 of this Privacy Policy.
We act in compliance with all applicable privacy laws in the United States and Canada. Our Site contains various videos of the platform, YouTube, which are embedded with the aid of a YouTube plugin. The platform is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. In the event that you access a website using such a plugin, your browser may establish a direct connection to YouTube servers, which communicates to the YouTube servers what websites that user has accessed. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can associate this information with your personal user account. On our Site, we use the rating tool of the third-party service provider “Bazaarvoice” from Bazaarvoice, Inc., 10901 Stonelake Blvd. Austin, TX 78759, USA. This tool is used to allow our customers to provide feedback on our goods and services. When you submit a rating or review, both Victorinox and Bazaarvoice may receive and process your submitted content and associated personal information. Victorinox may use this information for marketing, analytics, and improving our products and services. 14. Interpretation
In this Privacy Policy, the singular number includes the plural and vice versa and words importing any gender include all genders. The terms “including”, “includes” or “include” are not intended to limit the example or list of examples that appear after the terms, and will be read as “including without limitation”, “includes without limitation” and “include without limitation”, respectively. If any provision (or part of such provision) of this Privacy Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to applicable law, then this Privacy Policy shall be construed as not containing such provision or part of such provision, and the invalidity of such provision or such part will not affect the remainder of the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Addendum
Québec Privacy Notice
If you are a resident of Québec, the following supplemental terms under this Québec Privacy Notice apply to you in addition to the rest of the Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between the main terms of the Privacy Policy and this Québec Privacy Notice, this Québec Privacy Notice will prevail for Québec residents.

6. Profiling, Tracking Technologies, and Privacy Settings
When we collect your personal information using technology that allows you to be identified, located, or profiled (for example, cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and targeted advertising), we inform you of that use and of the means available to you to activate or deactivate those functions. Any technological product or service we offer that has privacy settings is configured, by default, to provide the highest level of confidentiality, without any action required on your part. Sections 9 and 10(c) of the main body of the Privacy Policy provide more information on how you may manage these functions and settings.
7. Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about our privacy practices, you may first contact us as set out in Section 15 of the main body of the Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.
