Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States and Canada.
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed prior to 2:00 pm EST.
We can only ship to addresses serviced by UPS or Canada Post. Delivery is available to any valid address within Canada, and a signature may be required depending on the type of purchase.
You may use an address different from your home, such as an office or other alternative location.
Orders for Swiss Army Knives, Cutlery, Travel Gear, and Timepieces are eligible for delivery to these locations.
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Please ensure your shipping address includes a valid street address.
Please give our distribution centers 48 hours to process and ship your order. Please note, Personalized products are hand assembled to your exact specifications. Because of this please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipment.
