Proof of purchase

Note: Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase, as you will need it to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorised Victorinox store or retailer.

The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase. Any repairs carried out will restore the intended functionality. While repairs will be carried out professionally, we cannot guarantee the preservation of the original appearance.

This warranty gives you certain rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state or between different European countries. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

終身保修

Victorinox AG 保證所有刀具和工具均使用高質素不銹鋼製造，並保證為材料和做工上的瑕疵提供終身保修（電子零件則保修兩年）。此保證不包括正常損耗、錯誤使用或濫用而導致的損壞。

Global Two-year Warranty

Products covered by the Global Two-year Limited Warranty are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and artisanship for two years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.​​​​​

1+10 年保養

第 1 年：Victorinox 全面保護計劃 (Total Protection Programme)

購買產品後的首十二 (12) 個月內，您的產品受到 Victorinox 全面保護計劃的保障。

• 此範圍包括生產瑕疵、正常損耗、航空公司運輸處理及轉運損壞。

• 這不包含濫用、外觀受損（皮革或聚碳酸酯刮損，或物料髒污）、附帶／間接損壞（例如：袋內的物品損壞或遺失、使用損失、時間損失）、磨損、溶蝕和意外。

• 請注意，旅遊產品中內置的電子裝置／功能，不在此保養範圍之內。

全面保護計劃的範圍包括維修費用和往返維修中心的運費，如果您產品已經無法維修，則包括產品替換（完全相同或等值）的運費。保養維修必須由 Victorinox 特許服務中心負責。

第 2 年至第 11 年：Victorinox 品質保證計劃 (Quality Warranty Programme)

從購買產品的第二年到第十一年間，您的產品受到 Victorinox 品質保證計劃的保障。

• 這包括製造瑕疵和正常損耗，但不包含接縫、縫線、物料和拉鏈帶在內。

• 這不包含濫用、外觀受損（皮革或聚碳酸酯刮損，或物料髒污）、附帶／間接損壞（例如：袋內的物品損壞或遺失、使用損失、時間損失）、磨損、溶蝕、意外、航空公司運輸處理及轉運損壞。

• 請注意，旅遊產品中內置的電子裝置／功能，不在此保養範圍之內。

質量保證計劃的範圍包括：

• 維修費用，或如產品已經無法維修，則為產品替換（完全相同或等值）、

• 維修中心的運送費用。

您必須將產品寄送給我們，且預先支付郵費，或攜帶產品到 Victorinox 商店或 Victorinox 特許經營商。如果您的箱包維修不在保養範圍內，服務中心職員會與您聯絡，並告知估算的維修費用和運費。保養維修必須由 Victorinox 特許服務中心負責。
