Proof of purchase

Note: Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase, as you will need it to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorised Victorinox store or retailer.

The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase. Any repairs carried out will restore the intended functionality. While repairs will be carried out professionally, we cannot guarantee the preservation of the original appearance.

This warranty gives you certain rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state or between different European countries. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

终身保修

Victorinox AG 保证，所有刀具和工具均采用一流品质的不锈钢制成，而且在终身使用期间，材料和工艺不会出现任何缺陷（电子元件除外，其保修期为两年）。正常使用损耗、错误使用或滥用造成的损坏不在保修范围内。

Global Two-year Warranty

Products covered by the Global Two-year Limited Warranty are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and artisanship for two years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.​​​​​

1+10 年保修

第 1 年：Victorinox 维氏全面保护计划

在购买之后的前十二 (12) 个月内，您所购买的产品均可享受 Victorinox 维氏全面保护计划。

  • 包括生产缺陷、正常磨损和撕裂、航空空运和运输损坏。

  • 请注意，收纳在旅行产品中的电子设备/功能不在质保范围内。

该全面保护计划涵盖维修费用以及寄往或从维修中心寄出的运输费用，或者如果您的产品无法维修时更换产品的费用（拥有同等价值的相同或类似产品）。保修维修只能在官方授权的 Victorinox 维氏服务中心进行。

第 2 年至第 11 年：Victorinox 维氏质量保证计划

从拥有的第二年开始到第十一年年末，您的产品将由 Victorinox 维氏质量保证计划来保护。

  • 这包括生产缺陷和正常的磨损及撕裂，但是缝合线、缝合、织物和拉链带除外。

  • 不包括滥用、外表损坏（皮革或聚碳酸酯刮痕或是面料污点）、意外/间接损坏（例如包内物品损坏或丢失、无法使用、时间损失）、磨损、溶解、事故、航空公司操作和运输损坏。

  • 请注意，收纳在旅行产品中的电子设备/功能不在质保范围内。

质量保证计划包括：

  • 维修费；或者如果您的产品无法维修时更换产品的费用（拥有同等价值的相同或类似产品）；

  • 从维修中心发出的运输费。

您必须将您的产品邮寄给我们维修，邮费自理，或者将产品带至 Victorinox 维氏专卖店或 Victorinox 维氏授权的零售商。如果经检查您的包袋维修不在保修范围内，那么服务中心将联系您，并告知您包括维修费用和寄回邮费在内的预计费用。保修维修只能在官方授权的 Victorinox 维氏服务中心进行。
