Victorinox Swiss Army watches purchased from authorised retailers are eligible for the manufacturer’s three-year limited warranty. This includes manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of any such defect, Victorinox Swiss Army AG undertakes, as appropriate and at its own discretion, to repair your Victorinox Swiss Army watch or to exchange it for an identical or similar equivalent model, at its expense, by way of sole and exclusive compensation.
The warranty excludes the life of the battery, the normal wear and tear (changes in colour for the straps, scratches on the glass, the bezel, the bracelet or the case), improper handling, as well as damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair. The international warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is duly completed, dated and stamped by an authorised Victorinox Swiss Army retailer. The manufacturer limits the manufacturer’s warranty on repair and exchange. The legislation of other countries may provide additional rights.
