This was a surprise Christmas gift for my wife and she was really happy with it! It's a nice change from her more formal watches and the size isn't too chunky for her. I am sure she'll get many years of enjoyment from it!

I've owned this Women's Maverick for two years, and I love it as much now as when I bought it. Sadly, blue dials for women's watches seem to have gone out of fashion. This dial is two-tone and very elegant. The watch is water resistant to 100 meters, and with the rotating bezel it is good to go for scuba diving. So I have peace of mind knowing I could drop it in the bath and nothing would happen to it. The sapphire mineral crystal is astonishingly tough.  I've worn the watch daily for the last year, and while the brushed stainless band shows some normal wear, the crystal has absolutely no scratches--incredible! The date window and luminous hands are other nice features. If you like silver and blue, I highly recommend this watch.

It was a Christmas gift for my wife and she is pretty happy about it.

The all black color gives this watch a "Mission Impossible" vibe, like you are a secret agent or something.  The dial size is perfect, not too big or small.  The leather band is comfortable and it is nice not to drag your new watch to a Jeweler to have it sized.

HERMOSO

I was initially looking to get the INOX red Professional Diver or the INOX red with steel bracelet. However, at 45mm and 43mm respectively, both were too big for my wrist. Even with the trend for big watches these days, it was still too much.

Scrolling through the other Victorinox watches, I finally came across the Maverick Small which was about the same size as my other watch. My choices were the green face with dual tone stainless steel bracelet, blue face mechanical with stainless steel bracelet, or the brown face gold stainless steel bracelet. I went to the store yesterday to check out each of them, including the INOX and Maverick Small with rubber strap.

My choice narrowed down to the dual tone stainless steel bracelet with either green or blue face. The mechanical ones did not come with dual tone bracelets and the gold bracelet looked funny on me. The rubber straps looked better than expected. I finally went for the green dual tone. 

The 34mm size is perfect.  Sapphire crystal is always a feature I look for in a watch. Very nice layout on the watch face. Very clean and easy to tell time at a glance. The hands have thick gold trim that reflect light which enhances visibility. The green face combined with the dual tone bracelet is reminiscent of another watch that I really like. The bracelet material looks and feels sturdy. Overall look is elegant and sporty. The only down side is that the crown is not a screwdown. Why not a screwdown crown if the bracelet has a divers extension deployment clasp and the face has a uni-directional rotating bezel? I would have given a 5-star for a screwdown crown.

It has been less than a week since I got this watch. So far so good. This is the only non-mechanical watch in my current collection so let's see how it goes.

Perfect 34mm size, elegant and sporty

I love the look and feel of this watch! It's brought many compliments from my family, friends, and clients. Unfortunately, after only a year, one of the band holders broke off (sometime during the day). I just noticed that the second band holder in missing too which makes the watch unwearable. Very disappointed!

Love this watch but band does not last

I loved this watch but the website had some conflicting info about the overall size of it. If this was slightly smaller and lighter weight, I would have kept the item. It's size is large for most women but good for an average man. After looking in the stores I now realize the trend is for big, big watches for both sexes but I am always busy and a watch this big would get in the way. I ended up buying the Victorinox XS (extra small# Officer's watch and am happy with it. I do 'pine' for a replacement for my 10-yr old stainless steel and blue Swiss Army watch but the Officer's one #with mother of pearl face# is very classy with a clean profile and classic good looks. The XS size is still prominent so don't assume it's tiny, it's not and perfect for any woman.
