How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 1,000.00 MXN VAT included. For orders below 1,000.00 MXN, we charge a fee of 130.00 MXN for shipping and handling costs within República Mexicana. Returns are free of charge for you.

Can I send my order to a delivery address that is not my home address?

We will deliver to any desired address in República Mexicana. A delivery address that deviates from your home address is not a problem, you can also specify your office address.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

If not otherwise stated for the respective product, our shipping partner will deliver your order within an estimated 3 to 5 business days to the selected address within the Mexican Republic. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors such as location, distance, risk zones, or extraordinary conditions. If delivery requires an intermediary or is scheduled by frequency, additional processing time will apply. Any change to the delivery address may restart the process and incur a new shipping fee.

How can I monitor the status of my shipment?

Your tracking information will be sent once it is registered by the service of delivery, this period may take from 24 to 48 business hours after the time of purchase. If you do not receive it, you can contact us at ventas.mx@victorinox.com with your order number to request the information.

What can I do if the product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged (dents, scratches, etc.), you must notify us within 2 business days of the delivery date at ventas.mx@victorinox.com. If damages are not reported within the specified period, the company will not be responsible.
