J'ai acheté, le 8 mai, le plus petit (9 mm) des Couteaux Suisse. Déposé par Colissimo dans ma boite à lettres le 12 mai. Ce "Classic SD" noir est superbe de qualité et de finition. Très léger (21 g), il a 7 fonctions dont une lame et des ciseaux d'un excellent acier. Exactement ce que je voulais !

These are fab, really sharp and great quality, I use the scissors mostly which are brill but the spring doesn't stand the test of time which is the only disappointing thing I can think of. Tweezers work well to!

I bought my current classic sd blue eight years ago to replace a previous one which I sadly lost 
It's a must for me as a commuter and has all essential tools in a handy sized knife which fits on your keys the scissors are brilliant and so easy to use and the knife is razor sharp the nailfile is useful with the screwdriver head and on mine has been well used and is wearing out now but I will never be without one it's always been my faithful friend on the road to work and in leisure time

Order late Dec this knife in standard red, with a request for personalised text on the back of the knife, as a Christmas Present. It was a late decision and I'm really pleased we did it. I got one for Christmas because I had wanted one for a while. My father has one and he lost it for a couple of years. We eventually found it partially buried in the front yard. It had withstood snow, rain, and sun, as well as kids running over it with bikes and shoes. Goes to show just how durable this thing is. My dad still has it and it's perfectly fine. Love this little pocketknife.

My sister wouldn't stop using mine so I had to go and buy her a new one. She uses it all the time for her nails and stuff, As do I... for slightly more manly things.

Great lil knife, works well.

The cheap plastic case broke the first week the tooth pick was gone by the end of a month the blade is only good for opening mail forget about using the flat tip screw driver the nail file is good but the scissors  are great very sharp and surprisingly strong . Overall I would not recommend this idem to my friends and don’t think a brand like Swiss Army should offer such a poor quality workmanship it doesn’t represent them well .

Ein kleiner, praktischer Alltagshelfer, den man überall verstauen kann. Qualität und Verarbeitung sind wie immer top, das Design in der Variante "VX Colors" ist traumhaft. Als zusätzliche Eigenschaft hätte ich mir statt der Nagelfeile lieber einen Kapselheber gewünscht, aber das ändert nichts an der verdienten Topbewertung.

PS: Ich hatte es schon per Mail an den Kundenservice angeregt, dass das Design "VX Colors" sich mit Sicherheit gut auf einem Henkelbecher (als Werbeartikel) machen würde. Das bringt Farbe ins Büro und der Kaffee am Morgen schmeckt noch besser...

This was my first pocket knife. I remember the joy of unwrapping it on Christmas morning, and using it until I got a new Victorinox Swiss Army knife. It is extremely useful, and you pretty much always need one of the tools on this knife. It’s Amazing.

Great Tool

An excellent, basic set of tools to take everywhere you go (just remember to take it off your keychain when you fly). Although rather small, having a knife and scissors on hand for opening letters, packages, or anything else, is a major convenience. The tweezers and the screwdriver can also be especially useful. The toothpick is only marginally useful to me, so I would also recommend the Signature model, which replaces the toothpick with a more useful ballpoint pen, or the Rambler/Manager model, which add a small Philips screwdriver/bottle opener, a major added benefit for only a tiny amount of extra weight/cost.

Never leave home without a SAK

Un petit canif parfait pour toutes les taches de bureaux: ouvrir le courrier, couper du scotch, enlever des agrafes. Le tout en étant suffisamment compact et léger pour se ranger dans n'importe quelle poche et ne pas effrayer les collègues. Son seul défaut selon moi le tournevis est un peut trop grand, j'aurais préféré un tournevis utilisable sur les vis de lunettes et des petits appareils électroniques (montres, boitiers de disques dur externes, etc)

Perfect Size

This is a tiny, fantastic, and surprisingly complete little tool.  It has pretty much everything the average person would need to handle small daily chores and attend to personal grooming.  I'm disabled and use a power wheelchair.  I keep my Classic, in traditional red, attached to the leading edge of my right armrest using a rubber-encased neodymium magnet.  It provides just the right amount of holding power...making it easy to bring to bear, while ensuring it doesn't get lost.  I love this little knife, and am truly amazed by its cost to quality ratio.  It does not seem a tool this good should be had for less than $20.  Remarkable!

I used to have a little knife like this when I was a boy, And I recently bought one. It's small and light, but just holding this knife I could feel just how sturdy this work of pure Swiss craftsmanship was, but I also felt a swell of true nostalgia towards my child hood friend that made me feel like a man, but now as a man, with it in my hand again I felt like a boy. This is the feeling a true Swiss army knife evokes. Though, the description says it has 7 functions I would say it has 8. The notch at the base of the knife works as a wire stripper. I would absolutely recommend this knife to any aspiring Macgyver or any one who wants a trusty tool which you can pass on to your nephew as I was given my first Swiss. From a company who has produced the multi tool standard for this long, I wasn't just Impressed as a kid but inspired by true craft of a real knife.

Tiny but forever useful. I got this as a gift more than 10 years ago. It has been with me everyday. I may not be using it everyday, but it is comforting to know that it is there if I need it.

The classic is a surprisingly useful knife. I have owned 4 of these in total, and currently have 4. Even though this has few tools, it's great for quick fixes. It's comfortable in the pocket and came very sharp. Like all small Swiss Army knives, this is primarily an urban knife. My big piece of advice is not to use the screwdriver at a right angle for torque. I have broken at lease 2 knives that way.

This knife is amazing! I've had it for twelve years and I have never had a problem. The blade is still very sharp and quite sturdy, the screwdriver is very strong, the nail file works great, the scissors are very handy, and the tweezers and toothpick are nice to have. It's amazing how seven tools fit in such a small space. I can barely feel it in my pocket.

Handy size makes for great attachment to auto key ring. Features allow for those hard to get at tasks that are always around. Quality exudes from the utensils to case. Durable to take along wherever you go. Swiss Army has been part of the family tradition going back over 5 generations of which 50 personal years for self.

As I mention elsewhere, the Classic is the best, however this is a very handy and near perfect product. None of the features are superfluous and are likely to be used often. The file keeps personal grooming in tip-top condition and the whole thing can be kept anywhere as it is so compact. The small size is it's joy and Achilles heel. It is nice to have some of the Classic's functions at all times, so the Classic is a better all-round knife, but as a discreet easy to have around knife you can't beat this.

The cover fell out with short time of use, But the blade and the rest of the tools preformed very well.

Titule esta reseña como lo inesperado, pues eso fue lo que me sucedio con este modelo, he utilizado varios modelos, de las lineas robustas y de oficial y durante varios años tuve una classic guardada pues consideraba que era muy pequeña para ser utilizada, pero empece a utilizar una victorinox modelo farmer, y por su falta de tijeras empece a utilizarla conjuntamente con la classic y pues ... se complementan perfectamente, y descubri que la classic es un modelo robusto y plenamente utilizable, lo recomiendo.

This unit has everything my husband needs for daily use but is also a lifesaver for those unexpected snafus that life throws at you. Definitely worth every penny! This is my husband's second one... the first lasted over 10 years of daily use and he broke it while trying to push the limits.

Great daily knife

I have had a Classic for about 50 years or so. I use a Smith Sharpening stone to keep its razor's edge. I have lost the toothpick and tweezers on occasion, but have merely ordered some extras to take care of that. I also keep a spare scissor spring since one of mine has broken. I have also given several as gifts. I person should never be without a nice sharp knife. The Foss

His a great product

The basic design is compact and the size really fits into any pants, wallet, purse, etc. nicely. Although small, the blade is sharp enough for any minor slicing and cutting. The scissors has always been a savior when the need arises. Thus, the combination of tools put together is very appropriate and reliable (be it for physical use, indoor, and outdoor).

I had this classic knife when I was age 15 (love the features so much that it’s practically with me even when I sleep). This knife is my second item I reach for after my wallet.

Historically for this classic 58mm model, I have given away (maybe as gifts) about 15 units, unknowingly taken away about 2 units, missing/lost about 5 units, confiscated by certain authorities about 3 units, and unintentionally being broken/damaged about 1 unit. So you can see the trust I have in this classic model (imagine my fondness and obsession).

My wife has 3 units (with 2 of it misplaced/missing), and my daughter has 2 units which they both will vouch the usefulness of the knives.

Eventually, when I started working I’ve promoted myself to the 111mm model lock-back, but the 58mm remains a favorite (I still five different models in mint condition as my own collector’s items)

Never leave home without this family portable classic pocket utility knife

My first Classic was bought 14 years ago and I found it again recently. Lost the tweezers, but everything else was still in good working order. The knife only took a few swipes on a sharpener to return to tip-top shape. Just an amazing set of tools in such a compact, classy package. I use the toothpick and tweezers daily (for stray hairs), scissors for cutting tags and nails, nail file for...filing nails, and the blade for envelopes. It's always on my keychain, where its weight is negligible. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Every day I never forget to take it as an EDC. Always hanging on my belt and this small knife is capable of doing many things and helped me everyday, from opening the package, cutting my nails and incredibly it could help me assemble a fan at home in an unexpected moment.

I finally replaced the Class SD I gave away a few years ago by buying one last month. As part of my EDC kit, it resides on my key ring along with my pocket flashlight, key, and flash drive. The features are so convenient as I go through my day; the knife is always with me. I also have the Climber that I've replaced several times (I keep giving them away and rebuying them). Since I was a kid over 44 years ago I've always loved the "red knife with the cross logo." This tiny SAK fits my minimalist lifestyle.

I have carried the Classic SD (classic red) for nearly 15 years now, and it has never let me down. I use at least one of its tools on a daily basis, wouldn't even dream of not carrying it with me.
