Top Messer für den täglichen Gebrauch. Ein Taschenmesser eben, trägt nicht auf, stört nicht in der Hosentasche. Optimal.

Beau petit couteau suisse qui me sert dans la vie de tous les jours, coupe très bien lame de bonne qualité. Très léger il se met dans la poche tout les jours. Très satisfait bien que ce n'est pas mon préféré. Cordialement Damien.

Un joli petit produit. Très abordable pour entrer dans l’univers Victorinox. Seul bémol : il n’y avait encore une fois pas d’emballage cadeau malgré la demande formulée contraire à la commande !

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

J'avais besoin d'un nouveau couteau, ayant été séparée de mon précieux extra-plat tout simple et parfait. Ce modèle le remplace à merveille. La qualité suisse est au rendez-vous. Je suis fière de mon nouveau couteau.

J'ai souhaité acheté sur le site victorinox pour me prémunir de toute contrefaçon.
Par contre il semblerait qu'un swiss army 2 existe mais n'est pas visible sur le site victorinox, pourquoi d'ailleurs ?
En effet, c'est semble-t-il tout à fait le même gabarit mais avec une lame en plus très pratique pour l'ouverture de carton, la découpe de corde, etc ...
Le tranchant de la lame principale aurait ainsi été préservé.
L'affutage étant un peu technique sur ce type de lame.
N'achetez pas un swiss army 1 achetez un swiss army 2.
C'est un très bon produit tout de même.

Schweizer Taschenmesser sind auch nicht mehr, was sie mal waren. Dieses jedenfalls kontert mit Minimalismus statt mit Funktionsvielfalt. Mich hat es dennoch überzeugt: Wer ein sehr schlankes, leichtes und trotzdem robustes Taschenmesser sucht (und kein Multifunktionstool), der wird mit dem Swiss Army 1 glücklich. 
Sehr stabile Feder, die Klinge ist stärker als bei den anderen mittelgroßen Victorinox Taschenmessern (was übrigens nicht bei allen Messern der Alox Serie der Fall ist), präzise Verarbeitung, toller Look. 
Dieses Messer passt in jede Hosen- oder Jackettasche. Und man hat das wichtigste, nämlich ein sehr vernünftiges Schneidewerkzeug, immer dabei. 
Die Kehrseite dieser eleganten Ausführung: Robustere Schneidarbeiten sind mit dem sehr schmalen Messer schwierig, trotz der kräftigen Klinge. Es ist ein wenig zu dünn, um viel Kraft übertragen zu können. 
Aber das Messer ist ja auch eher eines fürs Business und den normalen Alltag – und keine Outdoor-Axt.

This has been my companion through many days of breaking down boxes and other random tasks. It doesn't rust and whizzes through most things I would use it for on a daily basis. It also sits in my back pocket unnoticed all day.

However, you will most likely have to sharpen it often if you you use it consistently. It also obviously isn't something you can use well with gloves on whatsoever. Even still, I love the thing.

Got this specifically for food use. It’s robust and well made. The blade is definitely thicker than other SAK, which is very nice.

Great knife

The Swiss Army One is a well crafted cuting tool.  A slim gentleman's edc that is made tough and can handle any task. Worth double the price! I love mine

As good as it gets!

Love this knife, I prefer this over the smaller bantam model just because it looks more robust. The backspring is quite strong and the closing action therefore really snappy. A bit to snappy if you ask me, so snappy actually that one of my fingers was in the way when closing it. This made me wonder, why is't there a 'half stop' build into this?

Un excellent couteau simple une lame qui coupe parfaitement et tien très bien son tranchant. Les côtés en alox sont un plus qui rend la qualité de finition encore supérieurs à mon gout. Le plus de ce couteau est sa discrétion il passe absolument partout sans se faire remarquer. De plus ce couteau est vraiment léger dans la poche il se laisse oublier. Il a parfaitement sa place dans un porte feuille pour toujours l'avoir sur sois.

Das Messer ist mit der klassischen Victorinox Klinge ausgestattet, welche immer meinem Erwartungen entspricht, allerdings haben die Aluminium Schalen minimale Bearbeitungsspuren. Sehr gutes Messer aber nichts ist perfekt.

Cool and great for outdoor activities

I bought this product for my wife to use when she works at a local riding stables to make it easy to cut open polythene and 'webbed'  feed bags. She did not want a large bulky item nor did she need a multi function one. She is delighted with this product, exactly what she wanted and Victorinox' legendary sharp blades make her work so much easier. She would highly recommend this product to which I would add my endorsement as I have had a 'Climber' in red for years now and always carry it with me!

Simple and perfect for the job required

I like the fact that it's 1 tool is a large knife. It makes it very easy to use and we don't get confused where the blade is like in other Swiss Army Knives. I just like the look of it.
