Super Messer, habe etliche Messer ausprobiert, dieses ist mit Abstand das beste!

Einfach Spitze!

Petit prix, fais correctement le travail. bonne prise en main, coupe très bien. Pour l'instant je ne l'ai pas beaucoup utilisé, a voir dans le temps. Il faut que j'optimise l'aiguisage en achetant un outil adapté.

Das Messer gefällt meiner Partnerin. Sie benutzt es vor allem für das Zerschneiden von grossem Gemüse. Für das Fein-Zerstückeln von Gemüse ist die Klinge zu wenig rund (?!?). Haben Sie da was Passendes?

Ist sehr leicht, liegt gut in der Hand, schneidet und zerkleinert wirklich alles.

Noch nie so schnell Gemüse geschnitten. Macht Spaß.

Scharf

Sauscharfes Küchenmesser, und durch die Riffelung bleibt das geschnittene Gemüse (v.a. Tomaten, Gurken o.ä.) nicht so sehr am Messer hängen.

I like the ergonomics. A wonderful size for veggies. I don't use it for tomatoes though. It does not cut them very well unless they are extremely firm - even after honing. I ordered a paring knife which I imagine will do the job. I have numerous VICTORINOX chef knives and they are all great tools.

La partie de la lame prêt du manche devrait être arrondie ... je me suis blessé plusieurs fois

My wife has painful arthritis in her hands, when possible I do the preparation work when we are cooking but I can’t always be there.  We bought this knife in the hope that it would help her by outperforming our existing kitchen knives when cutting vegetables etc. It has proven to be an excellent buy, cutting veg takes noticeably less effort such that my wife now happily performs such tasks.  I pride myself on keeping kitchen knives very sharp using a high quality sharpening system, but this knife easily outperforms anything else we have so it is also now my preferred knife.

Too good to leave in the drawer.

A great knife - I use it happily every day! I cook a lot, and it's really comfortable, well-designed, and the right size for both big and small tasks.

Wir haben schon seit längerem die kleinen Küchenmesser von Victorinox. Nun wollten wir ein großes und scharfes Messer haben und was soll ich sagen?!? Es ist super scharf, liegt sehr gut in der Hand und sieht dazu noch toll aus. 
Bei uns kommen nur noch Victorinox Messer ins Haus :).

Da ich coronabedingt mein Lieblingsgeschäft in Zürich am Rennweg nicht besuchen kann, habe ich eben online eingekauft. Unter normalen Umständen wäre ich natürlich lieber in den Flagship Store einkaufen gegangen.

Das Messer entspricht absolut meinen Anforderungen und ist in der gewohnten Victorinox-Qualität hergestellt. Die Handhabung ist sehr gut die Klinge ist optimal geformt auch die Qualität des Stahls ist sehr gut. Das Messer lässt sich mit dem Abziehstahl sehr gut nachschärfen.

Seit dem Beginn meiner Kochlehre im Jahre 1979 bin ich überzeugter Benutzer von Victorinox Messern und ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Ich benutze noch heute Victorinox Messer von 1979 und diese verrichten ihre Arbeit immer noch tadellos.

Sehr gutes Allzweckmesser in gewohnt hoher Verarbeitungsqualität - Typisch für Victorinox.

Dieses Messer eignet sich super für Gemüse aller Art, auch das Hacken von Kräutern & Zwiebeln ist sehr einfach. Zudem ist der Griff in pink witzig & kommt gut zur Geltung in meiner Küche.

Jeden Tag in Gebrauch

This is pretty much what I was looking for larger kitchen knife of this style. It's very sharp and light weight. The blade is fairly thin which seems to work out well. It's also reasonably priced. Finally, I like the handle color selection. I went with orange which goes with some other, non-Victorinox kitchen gadgets I have.

I have been using this knife for s few weeks now and am very happy with it for the price point.  Although I had to re-hone the edge of the knife after purchase to get it as sharp as I would like, it is a well built knife, now cuts very well and holds an edge.

I needed a good knife for chopping vegetables and found this knife online. I went to the Victorinox Store in Geneva and spoke with a staff member there and they were very helpful in making my purchase. I use this knife 3 - 4 times a week. The knife is light with a comfortable handle and is very sharp. I highly recommend this knife.
