Being the Victorinox lover I am, I have to admit, I’m a bit disappointed.
Considering this pocket knife costs more than double than the standard Spartan, I was hoping for more. Instead of that, I get the same craftsmanship of the standard (witch is good, but not double good), same materials In steel and scales, the not so premium attachment to the key ring and a black “painting” on the stainless steel as an only real differential (called Polispectral, but it will come off with use and sharpening, as any painting would).
But don’t get me wrong, it’s a Victorinox, it’s not bad by any means, I’m just saying it’s not worth the price.
If you’re not a fan of black steel, get the standard Spartan and you’ll be saving some money and not sacrificing anything of importance.

Really impressed with this Swiss army knife. I like the fact that it is a bit different from the usual colour scheme thats available and the the build quality is second to none. I would definitely recommend this product.

Le Spartan est déjà mon couteau préfére, mais cette version avec le traitement des lames en noir en fait un réel petit bijou.

Le blanc et le noir sont une très belle combinaison. Le spartan est toujours aussi léger et facile à porter mais avec tous les outils les plus pratiques.

C'est le compagnon idéal de tous les jours. Cette version à un tellement beau rendu final avec les outils noir que l'on a presque pas envie de l'utiliser.

Spartan PS adds beautiful design to what was already one of my favorite Swiss Army Knifes. The monochrome design definitely stands out on any everyday carry.

I’ve used my Spartan PS Monochrome Pocket Knife with Black Tools on a daily basis and love ❤️ how it has retained is sharpness and black coating which has retained its coating. Bottomline I’d like to see of items with it. I strongly recommend the Spartan PS to everyone.

Ich habe das Spartan weiss und schwarz gekauft, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Messer kaufen wollte. Die Verkäuferin überzeugte mich im Laden aber, da  beide Messer bestechen durch ihre Form, Farbe und Funktion. Einen besseren Namen gäbe es nicht. Zu schade für den Gebrauch.

Reinheit pur

Das Spartan PS in weiß ist ein absoluter Hingucker für die Vitrine. Leider würde ich das Messer bei diesem Preis niemals als EDC verwenden. Die Funktionen sind alle tadellos, wie auch die Verarbeitung.

Ein Messer, fast schon zu schade zum Benützen! Sehr gelungen in der Verarbeitung und ein minimalistischer Style!

Fast ein Kunstwerk!

Das klassische Spartan im etwas anderen Gewand. Für mich als Sammler waren die beiden Spartan PS Varianten ein Muß, einfach elegant. Das Weiße wirkt da sogar noch etwas eleganter. Echte Hingucker in gewohnter Schweizer Qualität.

Klasse Messer

I happened across the Victorinox store in Koblenz, DE while visiting a couple of weeks ago and had the luck to be able to purchase one of these. The build quality is what you would expect from Victorinox and the aesthetics are incredible! The black on black is stunning and the fact that the color is infused into the metal is even more impressive. I was torn between the all black Spartan and the white on black Spartan but chose the black Spartan. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these knives.

Additionally, since I got it in Europe it is kind of nice that no one in the US has it yet!!!

Die Oberflächenveredelung sieht genial aus.  Die Kombination zwischen weisser Schale und schwarzer Klingen ist gelungen.

The spartan PS is a fantastic swiss army knife- every bit as good as the standard spartan. The tools and springs are dark in colour and, unbelievably you also get some string attached to it, with these extra features in mind,  £70 is a bargain, almost too cheap, would have given 5 stars if it was more expensive.  I've got 2
