MAINTENANCE & SERVICING

Our authorized Victorinox Swiss Army Service Centers are a guarantee of work that meets our standards of excellence. This is why each new watch series undergoes multiple quality control tests both in our own and in independent Swiss laboratories.

However, to maintain the accuracy of your watch and keep it looking at its best, it is important to have your watch regularly serviced. The two service types described below should be carried out when needed:

Maintenance Service

  • To ensure reliable water-resistance and accurate performance of the movement we recommend that you have it serviced at an authorized service center every 18 to 24 months.
  • This service includes:
    • Rating/regulating check
    • Replacement of the crown, gaskets and battery for quartz movements
    • Water-resistance control
    • Case and bracelet cleaning
    • Final quality control (functions and esthetics)

Complete Overhaul

  • To guarantee the correct functioning of your watch, we recommend that you request this service every 4 – 6 years. The following points are included:
    • Movement dismantling, cleaning, reassembling, oiling, regulating and check of all functions
    • Repair or replacement of worn movement parts
    • Replacement of the crown, gaskets and battery for quartz movements
    • Water-resistance control
    • Case and bracelet cleaning
    • Final quality control (functions and esthetics)

! Genuine Victorinox Swiss Army watches are sold through authorized jewelers and retailers.

Only watches purchased from an authorized Victorinox Swiss Army retailer are covered by our three-year (3) limited warranty. The international warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is duly completed, dated and stamped by an authorized Victorinox Swiss Army retailer.

If you purchase your watch from an unauthorized retailer, charges may apply when having your watch serviced.
