THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. warrants, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase, the hands, movement and dial face plate of this timepiece to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Only timepieces purchased at Authorized Victorinox Swiss Army retailers are covered under warranty.
Excluded from warranty coverage is any damage to the band, crystal (glass), battery or any other part of the timepiece not expressly warranted herein, as well as damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use.
All timepieces that meet our warranty requirements, including battery changes, must be repaired by a Victorinox Swiss Army Authorized Service Center. The warranty becomes null and void if the case back is opened by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State or Province.

Effective October 1, 2007 Swiss Army timepieces converted to the brand name of Victorinox Swiss Army, the new name will appear on the dial. Any timepieces sent in for dial repair may reflect this branding change.
Any Victorinox Swiss Army Authorized Service Center may repair your timepiece. Call us at 800-442-2706 (US) or 800-665-4095 (Canada). Please allow 4-6 weeks for the return of your timepiece.
If your Victorinox Swiss Army timepiece has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace it, at our option, without charge. Please ship all timepieces to the Authorized Service Center in appropriate protective packaging and include the information below. It is recommended that you insure and track shipments.
- Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address (optional).
- The enclosed warranty repair coupon (see last page of the Timepiece Instructions and Warranty booklet which came with your timepiece) date-stamped by your retailer or the original retail purchase receipt.
- A brief description of the problem or repairs needed.
For issues with your timepiece please click here to visit the Timepiece Repair page and fill out the Timepiece Service Request Form. Please print and fill out the form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the closest Victorinox Swiss Army Authorized Service Center.
Please ship timepieces via US Mail Certified, Registered Mail Insured, or by FedEx, and retain the tracking number to easily locate the repair.
While there is no charge for repair or replacement of the timepiece during the warranty period, there is a $15.00 charge for postage, handling, insurance and related costs which will be billed to you. Victorinox Swiss Army accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard only. Cash and checks are not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience. Alternatively, if you purchased the timepiece in California, you may return it to the retailer from whom it was purchased and the repair will be handled without the $15.00 handling charge.
Out of Warranty
A damaged timepiece not covered by our warranty can be repaired by one of our Authorized Service Centers. Note that repair costs and handling charges may apply. Include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address (optional) with your return, along with a brief description of repairs needed.
