Q. How can I find out the status of my order?
A. If you have an account, you can track your order by selecting the Order History page in Your Account. Select the order you would like to track and click on View Order Details to view tracking information.  If you do not have an account or cannot locate your order, please contact customer support at 800-442-2706 for non-travel gear orders.  For travel gear orders, please call 888-658-0717.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be be changed or canceled, the order processing begins as soon as you click the “submit order” button.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund by submitting a return authorization.

Q. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands?
A. Orders for the Swiss Army Knives, Cutlery, Fashion and Fragrance product categories are eligible to ship to these locations.  Items in the Travel Gear product category may only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
