If your kitchen knife or utensil needs servicing, please send it to our repair center or get in contact with your local retailer. All products covered by warranty will be repaired and shipped back to you free of charge.

A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty.

Victorinox AG warrants that the Victorinox product will be free from material or manufacturer defects that appear during the course of normal use of the product for the lifetime of the product (except for electronic components and accessories as well as small leather goods, brand collection and third-party branded products where a warranty period of two years applies).
